It’s Pride Month! As we are working at limited services in the library, I’m not doing a Pride Display since no one will see it anyway SOOO, I decided I would do another Book List featuring LGBTQ+ titles. I am much more aware of these books for teens and older. Hopefully, this list will be beneficial to anyone, especially young people, who may not be able to find interesting, current and positive LGBTQ+ books. Maybe they can find a little piece of themselves in these stories. Happy Pride Month!

Adam Silvera

David Levithan

He has a few other books, but I can’t quite tell if their LGBTQ+ or not. I have read both Every Day (which I really liked, the movie is good too) and Will Grayson x2, but I didn’t like that one.)

I’ve only read Carry On and I didn’t like it so I haven’t tried Wayward Son yet, but my coworker really loved the first one.

We Are Totally Normal came out this month, brand new. I did not like Aristotle & Dante but the cover is beautiful.

I read Simon vs the HSA and I quite liked it. The movie adaptation “Love, Simon” was great. I don’t care for the Martin storyline but otherwise, I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

“Perks” is fantastic! I love the movie and have read the book at least twice. Patrick is a great character. Also, look at Matt Bomer on the cover of Rainbow Boys! lol
